Overview: There are hundreds of tools and techniques a client can use to create a winning website for their customers. Chinaberry, a children's book and toy website, is an excellent example of picking the best elements to develop a first-rate website that their visitors will love.
Take a vist to the Chinaberry website and notice the delightful light colors used in the design as well as whimsical graphics (stars and flowers and little people throughout the site). But light is not the right word for this website.
Notice the wealth of information presented on the website. Chinaberry is well-known for recommending only the best for their customers and this is seen right off the home page, with links to Chinaberry collections right up top. Audio books play an important role in Chinaberry's product mix and a "listen online" link is found right on the home page.
Click on a product page and you'll find even more useful information. Each book or toy has a thorough description, and, in the cases of really long descriptions, the ability for a reader to ask for even more. In the lower left of each product page are testimonials from Chinaberry customers as well.
A first-rate wish list, running cart total along top, free catalog links, related products, catalog quick order and an advanced search are just a few of the other tools Chinaberry uses to make the site become one parents and educators will come to again and again.
