Overview: Country Casual is a great example of a client we picked up midstream. This Maryland-based designer and direct marketer of solid teakwood garden furniture built a wonderful display website that showed their many different product offering. However, as you can expect, their customers soon requested being able to order the products directly off the site (the prior site had phone numbers to call). This was out of the expertise of their website staff, so enter SiteForm.
For obvious reasons, Country Casual wanted to as little as possible to the current web pages they had built. These pages included wonderful photography of the products being sold as well as excellent graphics offering dimensions, related products, product weight and more. The task was simple for these pages - add an effective product ordering line without compromising the look of the attractive pages.
Most of the work SiteForm did on the Country Casual website was on the back end - coding and programming that isn't seen by the customer but makes it as easy as possible to order the products online. We installed a simple and secure three-step checkout that is followed up by a summary and thank you page. All of the elements they needed, such as special shipping options, customer number and key code fields, and required fields were built with this in mind. Making a complicated task look simple has become the trademark of our programming team!
