SiteForm takes a pragmatic approach to ecommerce projects. There are literally hundreds of different features and functionalities a company can have on a website, far beyond the scope (and budget!) of all but the very largest websites out there.
We work with each client to determine, first, what elements are most crucial to the success of their website. Second, we explore the most cost-effective way to implement these features on their website. Third, we determine the right team to make these changes happen - be it SiteForm work, client's internal team members, or in some cases third-party providers who can do something more effectively than we can.
SiteForm focuses exclusively on building and maintaining websites. We are not a search engine marketing firm, an email marketing provider, or an analytics house. Rather, SiteForm builds all of the functionality needed to effectively do the marketing tasks just mentioned, and turn day-to-day tasks of these feature to either in-house teams or third-party groups who specialize in these areas. The skills needed for successful e-commerce are vast and varied. We focus on the build. Doing it right, on budget, and on time, leaving clients with money and resources to use their site to grow their business.
