Building solid, maintainable sites, focused on your customers

We have worked with catalog clients for over 23 years. We understand catalog fulfillment systems and inventory Management, call centers, catalog drops, email marketing, payment options, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Legal Compliance, and more.

It’s not web design and web development, its problem solving. When you choose to invest in your website, your decision isn’t motivated by a simple desire to alter its creative design. Or at least, it shouldn’t be. As your most important digital asset, it’s crucial that your website is specifically designed to help you to solve your business problems and help achieve your core business objectives.

It’s not web design and web development, it’s problem solving

SiteForm has been building and maintaining ecommerce websites for more than 23 years. What started out as website development has since expanded greatly to include not just websites but also backend integrations, databases, cloud deployment and marketing automation.

We work with each client to determine what elements are most crucial to their success. We have worked with many warehouse fulfillment platforms, including MACH2K, Chaindrive, Multichannel Order Manager (MOM), NetSuite, Ecometry, cobalt custom back-ends and more.

We also work with many 3rd party integrations such as AWS, Authorize.net, Shift4, Alavara, MailJet, Helcium, Benchmark and Google.

Once a strategy is in place, we can assist you with your migration. We’ve worked with large businesses, with IT departments, to small retailers where we are their "IT" group.

In nearly all cases it’s a combination of using what you have in place with new tools that can be integrated with your stack to produce the best result.

We know this task can be daunting. Let us help you through this process by using our experience to get you the best – and most cost-effective – setup for your business.

Excellent product image display is crucial to this high-end retailer of fine men's clothing. We also developed a parallel site, shopping cart, and checkout to be used by Bullock & Jones' call center. When a platform can do more than one task, cost efficiencies can really be achieved!

Complex shipping requirements were the biggest development challenge for the Harrington Hams site. Because their perishable products must be shipped in special packaging and arrive within a specific window, getting the multiple shipping and gift options perfected was a primary requirement for the site.
